You're the person who can turn an empty room into a home. Bring together writers, editors, and illustrators to publish a book. Design a workshop that changes the way someone sees themselves. You're a creative. But the challenge isn't the work itself. It's everything around it. The inbox. The follow-ups. The deadlines. The details that need your attention but also come at the expense of your creative capacity. And your attention deserves a life outside of work too.For the memories you want to create. The places you want to explore. The hobbies you keep coming back to. The ideas you want to follow just because they’re yours!Through systems and project management support, I'll help hold the work behind the work, so your attention can stay with the things only you can bring to life.
You might be ...
An Interior Designer
Somewhere between picking the right sofa and following up with a contractor who hasn't called – while holding the vision and everything else.
An Editor
With three manuscripts moving at once, it gets easy to lose track of whose revisions are missing and whose book is closest to done.
A Workshop Facilitator
The workshop is designed. The RSVPs, the room booking, the last-minute swap – that's the part nobody signed up for but it needs to be done anyway.
An Artist
Making your craft is supposed to be the fun part – but then, an order ships late, a supplier hasn't restocked, and the week goes by in a blink.
I'm a project manager for creative people. I hold the logistics so you can go back to being your most creative self.
I’ll hold the rest. ♡
Hi, I'm Magy!
(my name means Daisy)
I'm a former Coach – now certified PM, designer, and creative human who gets that creative work has a lot of layers.I love working with creative humans who are deep in the making – the writers, the designers, the ones building something that's deeply meaningful to them – and helping them hold everything around it that isn't the creative stuff.I've experienced creative projects from a few different angles: creating the vision, building out the details, and figuring out how it all comes together behind the scenes.I studied interior design, worked as a graphic and website designer, and write fiction on the side – it all brought me here.I'll bring structure into the parts of your work that you need support with... so there's more room to create!
You don't enjoy doing the un-artsy part of creative work? No worries!
That's my art.

Had better student reviews.
"Working with Magy has been a gift. She solved the compression and readability of information that was quite difficult to process, making the process and compression of the class in question much more effective and had better student reviews."

I'd even call it therapeutic.
"My experience with Magy was deeply enriching. I’d even call it therapeutic.
I arrived feeling lost, with a lot of ideas floating around in my head, and her response was deeply human; rather than trying to schedule, organize, or control those ideas, Magy helped me listen to my own voice, discuss confidence, and figure out next steps."
